November Meeting

Our next meeting is this week on Thursday November 6 at 6pm and will be at Hereford High School in the band room.

In our November meeting we will share status updates on the Fall concert, discuss our upcoming fundraising activities and sign up volunteers to help make decisions as part of our fundraising efforts! Currently, there are less than 10 parents doing everything, so we could use some help! Please join us to hear what we have in mind or if you have a few hours you can volunteer this year.

Show your pride in one of the crown jewels of Hereford High - Hereford Music! Our first order window for spirit wear closes on November 6. Get your orders in now to get your apparel before December. We have tons of great cold weather stuff: hoodies, sweatshirts, beanies, duffel bags and more! Proceeds from the sale support the Hereford Music program!

HMBC Direct Donation Campaign

Please consider donating to our 2025-26 Direct Donation Campaign.  Our boosters program provides essential financial and volunteer support that helps Hereford Music thrive by covering costs for equipment and performances, while also helping to promote student success and community engagement. Boosters fund necessary items like sheet music, guest artists, piano accompaniments, and travel expenses that the school budget may not cover.

• Classroom: practice tools, band room equipment, music theory software, amps/electronic equipment, practice tools

• New for 2026: HMBC sponsored scholarships for the Hereford HS Community Scholarships program. There will be 4, $1000 scholarships for outstanding Senior music students.

• End of year music department banquet

• Bi-annual performance trip to Hershey

• Park Bi-annual overnight performance trip (past trips have included Dollywood, Busch Gardens, Disneyworld)
