Welcome to the 2024/2025 season!

Spring Trip Kick-Off Meeting - September 5 at 6:00 pm

There will be a Spring Trip kick-off meeting on September 5 @ 6:00pm at the HHS Auditorium. Our trip this year will be to Busch Gardens and Virginia Beach from April 12-14, 2025.The Tour company will be present for a Q&A and we’re expecting the meeting to last about 90 minutes. We need parent chaperones for this trip! Agenda, plan and financial details will be discussed.

HHS Band Instruments

BCPS has a new instrument inventory system which is managed through the CutTime software over SMS text messaging. Be on the lookout for a text if your student is borrowing an instrument this year.

Hereford Zone Music Boosters

Who We Are

The Hereford Music Boosters is a parent-run organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the music programs at Hereford High School. We support the Hereford Middle School and High School music programs through time and/or money.

How We Help

Hereford Music programs have lots of events throughout the year (schedule coming soon!) and the Music Boosters:

• Fundraise for music equipment, accessories and concert supplies

• Volunteer at concerts and events

• Organize and chaperone trips and competitions

• Advocate for music education and get the word out about the successes of our students

Join us!

Joining is easy, there are no membership dues and if you get this newsletter, you’re a member!

We have occassional meetings and we send out requests for volunteers through this newsletter. Volunteer opportunities can be as easy as one evening of your time.

We also have multiple fundraising programs throughout the year. We are a volunteer-run 501c3 organization and all proceeds benefit the music programs directly.
